I thank u 4 the Roche Pharmaceutical add./ph.no., u’ve been most helpful. I think that I pushed “send” b-4 I realized that I had selected  “Appeal Help”. But now I’m glad that I did.

Can I ask another favor of u…but first I feel I should at least explain, briefly, what I’m doing; for nine yrs. I was prescribed, and regularly took pursuant 2 doctors orders, a “toxic

combination” of naproxen, glyburide, metformin, lisinopril, and aspirin  which either totally caused my kidney failure and/or expedited it. The Roche Co. is the maker of the (extremely Toxic) Naproxen (which should only be use 4 short periods of time, 90 days at a time), but they fail 2 inform u of this fact. So I’m in the process of sueing that company along with the 3 prescribing drs.

I need 2 know who’s the “registered agent/agency” 4 the Roche Co., that’s the person I can have the U.S. Marshals serve, and the same individual that I’ll send a “Notice of action” lien to. So it would be greatly appreciated if u could and would help me in this endeavor.

Thank u in advance

Our criminal justice system is a joke

Clearly our lawmakers knew when they implemented these harsh penalties, mainly Federal drug laws, they would create a racial disparity among blacks and whites, sentenced for the very same drugs.  In the great majority of cases, blacks are hammered far more severely than any other ethnic group.  The Federal prisons across the country house many men and women for small amounts of crack cocaine that have done decades and more, with little chance of relief.  The sad thing is that I happen to be one these men.  How does 24 years imprisonment sound to each of you?  This is the time frame that Rufus Rochelle has done, day for day, on a 35 year sentence with NO chance of parole, because parole was abolished November 1, 1987.
Furthermore my indictment charged me with conspiracy with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base, and count number two alleged possession with intent to distribute 50 grams or more of cocaine base.  Those were the two counts this gentleman was allegedly convicted of by the jury in the Northern District of Florida (Gainesville division).  There was nothing whatsoever stated against me that placed such a large amount of drugs.  Much less 24 kilos
which the judge and prosecutor conspired together and sentenced me for.  It clearly allowed the judge an opportunity to bury me behind bars; 35 years!  Although law enforcement never produced a single grain of crack from me, no wiretaps, no undercover buys, no surveillance.  Nothing other than hearsay all from men who were all imprisoned, and received massage sentence reductions for their testimonies.
The fact that I have been imprisoned federally, 24 years this May, for the above mentioned is outright ridiculous.  There are many more federally incarcerated for crack, mainly black males and females who have done decades and will not benefit on the 18-1 crack amendment based on the amount of “ghost drugs” the prosecutors and judges placed on them, mainly to enhance their sentences.
“Racial disparity in sentencing consequences” must be stated in every step of the procedure when it comes to blacks being arrested and sentenced, especially when you look at the decision makers– prosecutors and in most cases judges that have little clue about our culture, and know nothing other than racial disparities and dislike for us as a people.  Review the sentencing in comparison to other races,
especially in drug cases.  Various studies have focused on how whites and blacks arrested for the same offense were ultimately sentenced.  The research found significant black-white disparities in the overall severity of initial charges, but saw the most dramatic differences when examining charges carrying mandatory minimum sentences.  Black men were on average more than twice as likely to be charged by prosecutors with a crime that carried a mandatory minimum sentence as were white men, even after holding other factors constant.  Further, they found that this disparity was largely a result of the prosecutors’ decisions to file mandatory minimum charges against blacks more often than against whites, even when the conduct was the same and the mandatory minimum bearing charges could have been filed against whites.
Your support is greatly needed to change the disparities within our laws that have many of your family members, friends, and loved ones buried within the prisons throughout our country.  The ones we are speaking of are silent and have no voice and are buried in the belly of the beast; yet you on the outside have a voice and can change things for all of us through voting and supporting people han ilxK(ies and dislike for us as a people.  Review the sentencing in comparison to other races,
like Ms. Kim Garrison in Washington, D.C. that has a talk radio station and Dr. Candace Kufia, owner of the Mahogany Review newspaper in Ocala, Florida, and Mr. Bobby Henry who owns the Westside Gazette newspaper in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.
Thank you and God bless.

First and foremost, how are you doing? unfortunately I am one of those incarcerated under the mandatory
minimum clause and as you know they’ re making it hard for us to fight a losing battle, me and the
rest of my fellow convicts are waiting for justice and if the government see things fit they will
Change the mandatory minimums. we as inmates have our fingers crossed for this law to be passed
Dealing with statutory and mandatory sentence. The fight against mandatory minimums.

Thank you.

Second Chance Act

Dear Sir/Madam,

If possible, would you please send me the Second Chance Act.  I am specifically interested in the policies, guidelines, and all other information concerning the amount of time that one may be placed into a half-way house, R.R.C. and home confinement.  I am currently 62 years old,  and I have incarcerated for approximately 18 years, and I now have approximately 18 more months to serve before my mandatory release occurs.

Thanking you in advance for your time and consideration in this matter, I am.

Thank you for your posts

First, I wanted to that each and everyone of you for sharing the news of legal battles across the circuits. You are our link to "relevant" legal happenings in the world and I personally thank you for all you do.

Second, I wanted to express a thought, I am sure is shared by other prisoners who subscribe to your service. While, I know that the service you provide is not free, since you surely pay an internet service provider for your connection, it costs me a pretty penny to read through the numerous posts you forward.

What I am finding is that the "relevant" information you send me located in 1 out of 10 posts. You must keep in mind that we are prisoners, and the daily news feeds (although focusing upon legal ground, they are miles away from helpful to a litigant in court trying to battle his or her 2241, 2244, 2255, 1651, 3553, rule 56, act...).

It is far more important to provide us with details that can help us understand the one thing we are stripped of while in prison...and that is--Legal Principles!!! The most recent developments in Federal Prison is the fact that most, if not all Federal Prisons have been stripped of the American Jurisprudence series. While its focus was on Pacific 2nd distrist reporter decisions, it took the time to dig into the Legal principles that support the Legal propositions enacted into state and federal law.

I have been incarcerated for nearly eight years and have spend the majority of my time as a legal assistant to other prisoners (supernumerarii: unregistered advocate). Even after all that time, I still realize that I do not have a firm grip upon the reasoning behind the decisions made in courts. We all sit back and read through case after case after case, but I find that we are still crippled because we do not have access to Law Digests, C.J.S. and Legal Professor's lectures to guide us in understanding the true meaning behind the rights we retain under the United States Constitution of America, State, and Federal Law.

How many prisoners do you think understand the difference between Orginal, Exclusive, or Appellate Jurisdiction? We file Rule 60(b)'s, because we are time barred under 28 U.S.C. 2255 and 2244. To make matters worse, the BOP desides to drop a computer system in our lap, which can only perform infantile searches (because we are not given the search queries to perform in depth searchs) and to make matters worse, not better, the BOP decides to give us MOORE'S but only a few chapters and they decide that we don't need to have access to the FEDERAL REGISTER (which contains all the latest provisions that guide the operations of various governmental departments. But to make matters worse...no one understands how to apply the law, because we are not taught what it really means and under what context.

No this is not a complaining post, it is an expression of what inmates need, the lack of its accommodation, and the need for someone to place the time and energy into getting it done. I am currently trying to place certain categories in a systematic presentation for prisoners who are "clueless" when it comes to their rights and the proper vehicle to employ to remedy wrongs which they may face at the hands of the court and bureau of prisons, but I am only one man and the work is, well, it's way over my head; so please take the time to touch upon the legal principles that you I and I'm sure other prisoner's have expressed to you in the past. We need your guidance and input. Thanks (You ahev my consent to post this message)
